“Consider me your accountability partner in healthy living. Together we can work to reach your health goals in nutrition, fitness, stress, management, sleep quality, and lifestyle habits.”

Debbie Ingram, NBC-HWC

I’m Debbie Ingram, a national board certified health and wellness coach, hypnotherapist, reiki master, and author.

I work with people who want to make permanent lifestyle changes. I can help you break bad habits and develop healthy ones.

There is nothing to fear about health coaching. It is private and non-judgmental. I’ll meet you where you are and help you improve your physical and mental health. Jump over here to learn more about me.

What is health coaching?

My health coaching program begins with a free session where we get to know each other, in person, or via online conferencing, to talk about your goals and expectations, and see if we are a good fit.

If we decide to work together, we will continue to meet regularly, taking appropriate steps towards reaching your health goals, whatever they may be.

At each meeting, and in between via email or phone, I will give you all the tools and support you need to keep you on track. You’ll also have your own login to this site, where you can access an online resource library.

"Working with Debbie helped me see how other areas of my life were affecting my food choices. Instead of just giving me a diet to follow, she helped me deal with stress first, which naturally helped me eat healthier. I'm not just losing weight, but also sleeping better and exercising more."
"Debbie is extremely knowledgeable about all things nutrition and health! She helped me switch to a plant-based diet and I am sure my body will be happier. I highly recommend her for guidance and coaching."
