My health coaching program begins with a free session where we get to know each other, in person, or via online conferencing, to talk about your goals and expectations, and see if we are a good fit.
If we decide to work together, we will continue to meet regularly, taking appropriate steps towards reaching your health goals, whatever they may be.
At each meeting, and in between via email or phone, I will give you all the tools and support you need to keep you on track. You’ll also have your own login to this site, where you can access an online resource library.
