I began my career with a degree in Health Education and a desire to teach people how to live healthier lifestyles…Over thirty years later, I am still at it! I have worked in a variety of settings: hospitals, physical therapy clinics, YMCA’s, private gyms, sports centers, and have run my own personal training and nutrition education businesses.
I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and studied at the T.Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between.
I am also a certified Prevent T2 Diabetes instructor.
